Hello.
I've just bought Draytek Vigor 2130n and need a simple answer to my question.
Do these settings means that:
(A) every IP can use up to 2 Mbps (download speed) and 200 kbps (upload speed)
(B) the group of set IPs together can use 2 Mbps (download speed) and 200 kbps (upload speed)?
