As per thread title I would like to block outbound SMTP port 25 access for all machines in the LAN apart from our Exchange box.

Currently traffic is flowing through a Vigor 2930

I can put a VigorPro 5510 in if necessary, but I would rather achieve this with the currently installed 2930.

Can this be done and, if so, how ?

Can outbound SMTP port 25 be allowed selectively for several static IP machines and blocked for everything else ?

Again, if so, how ?

Its for the 2820 and to stop web traffic, but you can change the ports and it should work.
