2820 more than one subnet... was created by andy-d
Our main network is plugged into the first physical port on the router with subnet 192.168.50.
I would like one of the other ports to have a different subnet of say 192.168.51.

The new subnet will only need internet access

Although I have read through the manual and seen vlan, I can't quite get my head round it..

I have always used Zyxel previously which allows you to tick the box for an individual port and type in your chosen subnet.

Hopefully someone will show me how to do this
Thanks for any help

Hi, vigor2820 lan port action as a normal switch, and it doesn't support 802.1Q so you can't config multi subnet on it's LAN port. If you need this funtion maybe you can use vigor3300/V
