Does anyone know why the DS Actual Rate is so much lower than the DS Attainable Rate?

Is it because you haven't specified that the Modem should connect with Annex M ? Are you on an enhanced upload line? Who is the ISP? Is it Be There Be Pro ?

On my Be Pro service I found that leaving the modem on "Multimode" it wouldn't choose the better Annex M.

Could you confirm that you're running the latest firmware 3.2.4.4 as this did fix an upload issue according to the release note?

I am running the latest version of firmware. My query is with the download, not upload, actual/attainable rates.

The discrepancy is probably because you have an unstable line due to interference. Your target SN ratio has been raised from 6 to 9 due to lots of disconnections or router reboots. If you could get a stable line the SNR target would drop to 6 and you would get a higher speed at least thats my undesatnding of how it works.
