Hi

I have a Vigor 2820 and management now want blocking of certains sites eg. facebook, youtube etc and IM.
I have enforced this and it seems to work but now a user wants a website to pass through, I have created a keyword for it and let it pass through in URL filtering but he still gets:

'The requested Web page has been blocked by Application Enforcement (CSM).

Please contact your system administrator for further information.'

Web filtering is also on but I thought URL filtering takes presedence over Web filtering.

Any help would be greatly appreciated??
