2600VG and Win 7 was created by ritenuff
Will the 2600VG work OK with Win 7 32/64 bit? Does the software install OK?
Waiting on a new PC to arrive so can't try for myself yet.

Yeah it will work OK as long as your on an ADSL 1 connection. Wont do ADSL 2.

No software to install. Any configuration is via the built in web configurator that is normally at address 192.168.1.1

Some units did have a problem with the wireless and certain laptops and would give you dropped connections.

It will work on ADSL2 but only oc in ADSL mode.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. Re. software, I was thinking about Syslog and Router Tools but as long as the router functions I'm happy.
