Is ther a problem with forwarding port 443 (https) to a local web server?

I have changed the management ports and disabled remote managemen, but still no you.

I have even disable the vpn ssl setting.

Change the ports rather than disabling things, so you'll need to change the HTTPS remote management port (under System Maintenance then Management) and the SSL VPN port (under SSL VPN - General Setup)
