This is on amazon.co.uk cheaper than others. What is this "Annex B Version"? Will it work in the UK?

Annex B is ADSL over digital telephone networks, while Annex A is ADSL over analogue / PSTN phone networks.
In the UK, we use Annex A exclusively so Annex B won't work, there's different hardware between them so there's no way you could get an Annex B modem working over here.
