LAN Shares drop to modem speeds when 2130n connected

Hi,

I have the following setup

PC1................Server
Windows 7......Server 2003
......|...................... |
......______________
.................|
.............Switch (GB)
2130n
Cable Broadband

Since I installed the 2130n, the speed of file transfers between PC1 and Server has dropped to < 100Kbps. If I disconnect the 2130 from the switch, speeds immediately recover and exceed 10Mbps.

I both cases the transfer should just involve the local LAN segment so I don't see how the 2130 is affecting things.

Any ideas?
