Draytek 2820n and PS3 was created by mike.lawson@valeway.com
There appears to be many ways in which to set-up firewall rules etc for a PS3 to communicate to may Draytek router. The issue I have is the NAT type on the PS3 returns to MODERATE unless i virtually open everything up.

Can someone advise of the optimum method for opening up a PS3 connection and port numbers etc? Or point me to a post on this.

Regards and thanks,

Mike

What's the problem with it being moderate?

I've always had my PS3 running through my 2820 with no settings changes at all and everything seems to work fine.

No problems here, I didn't do anything special except enable UPnP in the route settings.

You could try putting the PS3 in the DMZ
