Virtual LAN for Vigor 2820Vn was created by mcsgwigga
Hi, Hopefully this is in the right place, just want some a quick bit of advice.

I have a Vigor 2820Vn running my main network but want to add in a secondary virtual network.

The setup looks pretty simple, but I wanted to check that it was just as easy as it seems.

So, I "Enable" VLAN, then put a tick into the port for P1 and VLAN0, to be the main connection to the rest of the current network, along with SSID1.

Then I put a tick in P3 for example, and VLAN2, and SSID3 and connect my switch for the new network to P3 on the physical router?

What if I don't want a wireless on this new network, is it as simple as not selecting an SSID?

Hopefully that all makes sense?

Thanks All.
