Hi everyone, Happy Friday!

We have a draytek 2920n that originally had Firmware 3.3.1 on it and whilst trying to set the WAN1 connection the default gateway setting does not save. By this I mean we enter static IP, mask, DNS and G/W hit apply and it reboots. When it comes back up the WAN1 is not conencted and when I go into the settings the G/W is blank and the Access mode is set to none. I upgraded to firmware 3.3.6 but no change.

The IP details are correct, and if I connect my laptop directly to the line with those details everything is fine. It's also fine if I use a Watchguard device.

This router has been workgin in the past but has been on the shelf for a few months. The same happens if you configure WAN2 with these details. It's a factory setup and the onyl config to be done is the WAN details.

Does anyone have any ideas on this one?
