ISP set up for 2710n router

I have just got a 2710n router to replace my Netgear router. However, the 2710n router doesn't accept the length of my ISP name.

This is "dlsconnect.co.uk". The 2710n won't accept the last letter so I don't get any further with the internet setup. Thankfully the Netgear still works until it gets warms up, so I can post this.

What is gonng wrong here?

The ISP name field is only there for display purposes, not needed to connect - you can set just the username & password and that should work.
