I have a Vigor2820n which has been working well since purchase in March 2010.

Now suddenly (yesterday afternoon) it has stopped establishing an ADSL connection.

I have connected a spare Vigor2800 to the same 'wire' and that gets an ADSL connection no problem - so it doesn'ts seem to be a problem with the 'line'.

On the Vigor2820n I have tried uploaded different firmware 3.3.3, 3.3.4, 3.3.4.1 (choosing the factory reset option) all with the same result - everything looks fine but the box never gets an ADSL connection.

Anybody with any suggestions for other things to try ?

Its a real pain - I had all sorts of custom firewall rules and port redirections configure on the Vigor2820n - some of which I have managed to replicate on the 2800 but not all - I do have the 2820 configuration backed up.

I presume at less than 12 months since purchase this is eligible for a warranty return ?
