Can anyone point me to a how-to guide for CSM because frankly the manual has me beat. I have been setting up and configuring firewalls for 20 years and I have never seen anything like this arcane filter thing in my working life.

I am getting variable results with CSM, I have set up IM and P2P filtering, but they only seem to work in the General filter and in no other. Also, for example, if I say block http and ftp in the application section, ftp still works, and http works... some of the time, is blocked others and it just seems random.

So, any pearls of wisdom would be most welcome. I hate to give up, but this is the most confusing firewall/router setup I have ever played with, and I include Cisco in that!

Maybe the service from draytek itself, the one through the web admin tool? Or is it not sufficient enough?
