Draytek Vigor 2800 - IPv6 support? was created by tsutton
Does Draytek Vigor 2800 support IPv6? If not, when will the firmware be released to support it?
Thanks.
Thanks.

No, never I suspect as the 2800 has been long obsolete.

That's a shame, thanks. I don't see the point of buying a new router when my existing one works fine.
Now, I wonder if DD-WRT will help me in this case...

Just about to ask the same question, as long as the hardware will support it, it is just a firmware update I would suspect. The problem is, does Draytek consider it a commercial proposition to provide an upgrade, at the expense of not selling more up to date items? i.e do they divert resources for the few who want IPV6?
My 2800 is still running fine, but with FTTC coming very soon, I will have to look for a new router anyway, unless I just use the 2800 as an AP and switch connected to the FTTC WAN. Yet to be tried...

Been researching on DD-WRT - it's not supported on this hardware.
