Hi,

has anyone setup the above phone using a Vigor 2820n.

I have created a second subnet and configured the Mitel gateway with a public static IP address which is 'ping'able from the outside world.

when I try to connect the 'teleworker' phone externally to the building it downloads the latest firmware the MBG but then hangs saying 'waiting for ACK'

I'm assuming this is a port blocking issue but I can't select the internal public IP address that is allocated to the Mitel gateway.

Does anyone have any ideas??
