Hi,

Have just bought a 2170n and am new to this forum... so please excuse my ignorance ( I am no IT guru).
Anyway, have just replaced my old Netgear DG834G router with a 2710n and connected my old ReadyNAS Duo to it. After a bit of fiddling with IP adresses, they now see each other and everything is right with the world...
However, my NAS has a built-in BitTorrent client and tonight I sent a Bittorrent request to the NAS/server but there is no sign of any download/traffic, so I assume the 2710n router is being a little more cautious than I need it to be and is restricting data in some way.

Can anyone explain what I need to do to allow this traffic to pass through the router (assuming that is the problem)?
I did read something about opening NAT ports... but I don't understand what settings to enter.

Any thoughts/help is really appreciated.
Matt
