I have VIGOR 2920 dual wan router and I have two ISP providers. The only thing I couldnt figure out is I couldnt use magicjak, yahoo, msn , aim all the IM clients. I didnt mess up the settings becuase I never been into the settings. Please help me how to open the ports for all the IM clients and Magicjak. Thanks in advance.

There are two ways you could go about this. You could enable the ports manually but you shouldn't have to do this. The easiest way is to enable Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) on the router which I believe is disabled by default on Draytek routers. Your OS then requests the ports to be open as and when needed.

To do this open the configuration page. On the left hand side click applications then UPnP. Check all the options on the page then click OK. After a reboot you should be able to use these applications.
