2820Vn blocking web access to WAN2 FTTC modem?

I have the FTTC running through my WAN2 of my 2820Vn. Is it possible to access (via a browser) the FTTC modem (I have the IP address - but it doesn't seem to resolve). Or do I need to allow access through the 2820Vn?
