Does the 2710n have both - wireless rate control and Bind IP to MAC?

I'm thinking of upgrading my 2600G to one and want these features, however, I've found confusing specs on different sites, including drayTek's on whether it has them or not!!

DrayTek.co.uk, make no mention of it, DrayTek.com states it does and vendors sites can't agree!!

I already know the 28**, 29** etc series has them, but I want the 27** series because the child content filter software is cheaper per year on this 'non-business' series.

P.S. what your kids can't get on your network, they will be able to get on a friends network or even the school or library.
Letting them run into it and answer their questions was my choice and I never regretted it.

I was beginning to think there was more then one spec for the 2710n.

DrayTek.co.uk makes no mention of those features, BUT DrayTek.com states it has them and I was confused.

Has anyone encountered anything different suggesting there may be more than one spec perhaps by region.

VPN! It's site to site rather than roadwarrior (which appears to be enabled in other regions).
