My customer has a 2820n and wants to block facebook except for between 12-2pm I know how to block facebook but thought there was a schedule option, cant see it anywhere?

You need to apply the block as a filter rule (under firewall - filter setup - #2 default data filter), you can set the schedule options there - or with your setup the easier option will be to make a filter rule that runs between 12PM and 2PM (start time 12:00, duration 2 hours) and leave the URL content filter option set to None - that will turn off the facebook blocking url filter during that time.
