[v3300] impossible to update

I Have a V3300 routeur with 2.6.2 firmware.

I could not change the password , every time i try i have the "Password change failed!!!" message.
So i try to update firmware to 2.6.3, every thinks seam to work when installing (0-100%, restart routeur...).
But after restart i was still in 2.6.2 and my password issue is here...

I have try 2 time to install the 2.6.3 without success..

Maybe someone could help me.
