Vigor 5510. What do I switch on for SMTP AV scanning?

Hi

I have added a profile to 'Defense Config - Anti-Virus - Profile Setting' set it to scan everything and add a message to incoming emails.

Is there something else to switch on as I am not getting the message appended that email have been scanned?
