wan1-public ips wan2 natd traffic how ? was created by kbates@wn1-it.com
I have a 2820 with wan1 and wan2 connected. Wan1 has a range of routed ip addresses which are setup on the 2nd lan ip address range so they are routed from the internal side. What I want to achieve is all public ip traffic to go via wan1 and all nat'd private ip address traffic to go via wan2.

If I have both wan1 and wan2 enabled some of the fixed ip traffic goes out via wan2 causing problems as i think it might get nat'd not sure. But if a disable wan2 then everything works.

So I set two load-balance policies
1) source fixed ip address range goto wan1
2) source private ip address range goto wan2

If i do a traceroute from a machine with a fixed public ip it goes via wan2 - i can tell as each line has a different gateway

I've tried setting 'ip route default wan1' but it made no difference.

I'm current on firmware 3.3.5.1

Any ideas would be great.
