I am trying to set up the "mail to" however you only allow 39 characters in the "mail to" box. This is pretty short and I cannot fit our email addresses into it. Since we are a school we are limited by our LEA assigned email addresses <username>@<school>.<county>.sch.uk which can easily go above 50 characters. This also stops MULTIPLE people being added, I did not want to create a mailing group purely for this, surely using the usual ; should have sufficed?

The SMTP server will also only accept 39 characters which means FQDN are pretty much screwed for us. This is surely a major shortfall?

Can this be fixed?

Specify the server by IP Address.

Send the e-mail to a google account and then redirect it.
