2830 wan2 connection was created by laffeg
Help ! currently have 2 netgear DG834G routers to 2 separate ADSL lines. Have bought a 2830 with the aim of bandwidth load balancing/ or backup

i have replaced one of the netgears with the draytek and got the main adsl connection up

set the remaining netgear in modem only mode and connected it to wan2 on the draytek

setup wan2 connection as PPPoE with isp username and password but am getting "PPPoE : No repsonse from server side"

am i missing something simple ?

any advice appreciated

take out the display name for WAN2 if you've got one, that works as a service name and can break PPPoE connections

thanks for the suggestion.

got it working by disabling the firewall on the netgear and firmware update and reboot of both
