Hope someone can help. We have upgraded our adsl to Annex M and upgraded firmware on our 2800VG routers to 2.8.2 so we can add annex M protocol but still can't connect to the internet. Keeps coming up with startin PPP. What is strange though is that it still states G.DMT in the ADSL status mode but our line provider (BT) states it is a router problem and not a line issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It's Game Over with a 2800 on anything ADSL2 really. Sorry.
