Hi,

I am desperatly trying to activate the commtouch trial license, the only thing it displays in the RED 'On' button in the my vigor page which when I click says "Get Control Name Error ! The latest configuration will be ignored, and system administrator should return to previous webpage to configure again."


I bought a full license and added that but it does the same thing, all i have is a red 'on' button

I am in serious trouble and must get these activated.

Any ideas?

I think you have to get the trial running first, and then you can move on to the full product.

Hi,

I can no longer following this guide as I cannot remove the trial, I also note 'service activation wizard' gives a 'connection to server failed, please try later' error.
Any ideas?
