Any attempt to use DMZ. Window opens:- msg=Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'isNav' of undefined

TickBox Prevent this page from creating additional dialogues OK?

Have reset to factory, reinstalled firmware. Still the same. DMZ will not save, tick box does nothing.
Hardware fault??
