I am trying to connect a 2850vn to BT Infinity but I guess I am missing some settings!

I see there is a guide for the 2750, but the settings page is different for the 2850vn

For the 2750 it says "With BT Infinity the WAN VLAN ID should be set to 101"

I don't know where that setting goes on the 2850vn??

Any help would be appreciated - Thanks

You can set that under:

WAN, General Setup, WAN 1. Tag value should be set to 101 under VLAN Tag insertion (VDSL).

You should also set the username to bthomehub@btbroadband.com (If you're using BT's infinity service) under:

WAN, Internet Access, WAN1 - Set to PPPoE and set 'username' as above.

I'm thinking you'd need to have it insert the VLAN tag the same as the 2750 - check the WAN - General Setup - WAN1 page and on there set the VLAN Tag insertion to Enable and put 101 as the tag value to match what's recommended on this page: http://draytek.co.uk/support/kb/kb_vigor_v2750_setup.html
