The firewall filters and CSM must be the two most wanted facilities for us and yet there doesn't appear to be a single, concise source of information and instruction on how to correctly use these features.

If anyone knows of any sources please post the URL below and if anyone from Draytek reads this post then how about putting together an FAQ / manual on how to use and configure these services?

For instance...
I want to block Skype on one IP address and allow unhindered access for everyone else. I contacted Draytek UK support and was given instructions that didn't work. Hunting on the internet brought up various conflicting suggestions and in the end I bodged the firewall rules together myself courtesy of 2 laptops sitting next to each other and a lot of experimentation.
