VigorPhone 350 on 2820n won't call transfer was created by applesound
HOLD & TRANSFER function buttons put call "on-hold", you can dial another party and talk but when you touch TRANSFER (or HANGUP) it just puts the 2nd party on-hold.
The transfer function works OK from Draytek SoftPhone off the system and also the POT extension (using hook-flash).
Any ideas?
Vigorphone 350 has 12202.26.2.09 firmware.
2820n Current Firmware Version: 3.5.6_232201
