Hi, I have a Polycom HDX9004 Video Conferencing system setup and am using a Draytek 2820VN. I have forwarded the TCP port 1720 to the Polycom for call setup. I can make outgoing calls fine but when an incoming call comes in the call status ball goes green but the call never connects. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with using the Polycom HDX system with the Draytek? I have changed the router to a Netgear one for testing and its works fine.

making and receiving calls with another HDX9004's on the same internal network works fine.
