Firmware: 3.3.6.1_232201

As often as every few minutes, but usually about 10 hours, this router just reboots itself. We've already returned one for having this issue. I've taken a look around the Internet and other people also seem to have this issue, which was cured by upgrading the firmware. However, we're running the latest firmware so there's nothing to upgrade to. How do we resolve this, or is the router going to have to be returned and refunded? The cheap NetGear this thing was supposed to replace is a much more reliable device.
