Hi all,
I hope you are able to help. I have had the router for around 10months in which time it has failed completely twice, requiring a reflash in TFTP mode and routinely disconnect from the WAN; the longest it has remained connected has been around 10 days. I have tried both the 233201 firmware and the 211801 (wouldn't connect at all) If it wasn't for the functionality the router offered it would have been in the bin by now. The second issue is the speed of connection and download - the router reports around 1.5Mb/s and download speeds are never greater than 0.9Mb/s; I have compared this with a bt business router which never disconnects and returns around 2.0Mb/s but offers little functionality. I have logged four support emails with various responses none of which have worked so far and I 'm now running out of ideas. Am I missing something really simple as I really want this router to work.

Regards

Gary
