Vigor 2820n Nat loop back problem? was created by mccareysimmonds
We have a Vigor 2820n

We have a linux Trixbox VOIP Server and a number of Sipura VOIP adapters.

I can access the Trixbox GUI via a browser by inserting the Trixbox IP address.

I can access the Sipura Voip adapter GUI via a browser by inserting the Sipura IP address.

The Trixbox can see the internet.

Problem is that the Sipura's cannot see the Trixbox.

PC's on the network can see the server and other PC's. It's just the Sipura's that have problems.

Is it a loop back problem? I'm pointing the Sipura Voip adapter to the Trixbox server using the trixbox's 192.168.1.71 internal ip address, so not a loop back problem??????

Any ideas?

Off to buy a TP-Link wireless router.

They are great. They have local rate 24 hour 7 days a week telephone support.

And I can buy 4 for the price of the Draytek, so if it breaks down, I'll have money to buy a spare.

Draytek have such a poor service. Premium rate phone support for a loop back problem that could be a router firmware problem.....you have got to be joking....
