I have been struggling with this for a few weeks so any help would be appreciated.

I have 50/100 fibre installed and a draytek 2930 controlling the connection. If i use a laptop plugged directley into the router a speedtest shows full bandwitdh and good latency.

Once i plug the router into a local switch and test from laptop also connected to switch i get 40mb down and only 15mb up with poor latency.

Switches are l2 managed but all features are disabled. Also nothing set on router except the fibre connection details.
