We have a couple of 2830's. The 3g only comes up when set to Always on. But then it uses both the 3G and ADSL at the same time, sending traffic over both. We only want to use 3g as a backup, as it is slower and uses bandwidth.

But, if we set to Backup, the 3G goes down and never comes up with you unplug the ADSL, even if you click Dial PPP. Have also tried setting the ADSL WAN connection issue to Ping rather than ARP, didnt help.

Anyone know how this is supposed to work?
