Can you name your hosts when you do bind IP to Mac on the 2850 ? (or just have their netbios name displayed?)

I currently have a 2820 and it is not possible to do it - and no netbios info is displayed (netbios is unreliable anyway).

I have around 28 hosts and believe me apart from 5 or 6 hosts I can't remember anymore what all the other ones are, and this is becoming a serious issue... I kept a spreadsheet at some point showing what ip is assigned to what host but having this done on the router itself would be a LOT better.

So does the 2850 offer this feature at all ?

There is the facility to add a 'Comment' against each assigned ip that you could use to make a note of the details you need to, but I've not found anything else on mine - but then I've only had it a short time.

A comment field is good enough for me tbh... does such a thing exist also on the 2820 ?? Not on mine as far as i can tell tho ..
