Web Content Filter Exception was created by egenaits
Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if someone could shed light on why I'm unable to specify an exception to a catagory filter rule.
Essentially we have bought the Draytek GlobalView WCF feature on our Vigor 2820 and its working well. We have ticked several obvious catagories within the catagory picker, includig "Social Networking" which has blocked access to the likes of Facebook etc.
The problem I have is that we'd like to allow use of LinkedIn but this is also being blocked as it falls within the Social Networking catagory. Is there a way I can specify that the LinkedIn URL is allowed despite the content filter having Social Networking chosen, an exceptions area I am missing perhaps?

Many thanks to all

Use the whitelist feature found under the WCF profile, create a keyword which specifies the sights you want to allow.
