I have a Draytek 2820 set by my ISP to a base IP address and 5 additional consecutive "alias" IP addresses also set, but the aliases are not set to be part of the "IP Address Pool" - they are mapped for individual hosts within the LAN.

But - if I enable remote management via the internet (having changed the default HTTP port to 8080), I can access the 2820 on all of the 6 WAN IP addresses. I would prefer to only be able to use one (preferably the "Base" IP address).

Does anyone know if this is possible, or will the 2820 remote management port always respond to all of the WAN public IP addresses?

Thanks.

Martin
