Vigor 2750 - dropping out (bt infinity)

HI all
i got a Draytek vigor this week and im using bt infinity
setup was pretty wasy and connected straight away.

however unlike my origial Bt router/modem the draytek keep droping every few hours causing my line profile sync to drecrase which each drop

ive updated to latest FW checked setting and also checked with other 2750n users i am using correct settings..

anyone got any idea why this keep dropping? its a nice devise but at the moment useless to me as it keep dropping and hidering my sync speed

I am getting this problem everytime the phone rings - it drops the PPOE then reconnects after about 20/30 secs. Very annoying particularly whilst on VOIP/Skype calls.

I have submitted a ticket with Draytek support and they are investigating.

That sounds like a dodgy connection in the master socket?
