Problem transferring calls (IPPBX 2820)

Hi

I have an IPPBX 2820 at one of my sites and all has been OK but they have just told me that when a call comes in they cannot transfer it to one of the handsets. They have been able to transfer to this handset until now. They can transfer to all other handsets without a problem. Apart from that it is functioning as it should.

Can anyone offer any advice?
