2710n RTP port issue. was created by ipolackey
Hi There,

We have a Vigor 2710n router at a site with an IPO500 pbx behind it. We're trying to setup a polycom 331 SIP phone through to the system. We've setup the DMZ to be the IPO address. We can get the phone to register, but we're getting one way audio. I've setup the syslog to give us a clue,

From this it seems that the outbound rtp is natting correctly, just the inbound that's coming up with an issue. This is purely on DMZ at the moment. No other open or forwarded ports. We have tried it both ways.

Does anyone have any hints on how to solve?
