Vigor 100 IPv6 malformed packets was created by l_bratch
Hello

I'm trying to add IPv6 support to a Linux + Vigor 100 setup that I have been using for a long time.

I can get an address from my ISP no problem, and clients get addresses too. However, when pinging IPv6 hosts on the internet from clients, I get no response.

Running tcpdump on the router and examining the results in Wireshark shows that somewhere along the line the ICMPv6 packets are being malformed.

Are there any known issues with IPv6 with the Vigor 100? I did find a similar problem with the Vigor 120 ( http://karl.dyson.uk.net/2010/04/a-vigor-120-linux-box-and-ipv6 ) in which the author wrote to Draytek and got a beta firmware in return that worked. (The Draytek website says their email address is not for technical support so I have not emailed them with this problem.)

Thanks
Luke
