2930 data throughput in xx days

Is there anyway in a 2930 to find out how much data is being sent and received in a given time period?

I can see the bandwidth being used in any given moment in the data flow monitor but what I want is to be able to say "you transferred 10GB this month" or whatever it may be.

Is that possible?
