I am trying to setup QOS in a IPSec VPN tunnel between a Draytek 2820n and a Watchguard device (192.168.3.0/24 Draytek <=> 10.0.1.0/24 WatchGuard).
VPN tunnel is working fine, have connectivity with everything from both sides.
The problem is that when I copy a file from the side of Draytek to a server at the other side calls are chopped with very large speach delays.

I have set up a rule in Draytek "From 192.168.3.0/24 to 10.0.1.0/24, DiffServ Codepoint: Any, Service Type: SIP and RTP ports."
I can see the packets in the QOS statistics being classified at the right class, but when I initiate a copy from the side of Draytek I have still huge delays and VoIP isinoperable.

I have set adsl txpct 80, adsl rxpct 80, I have disabled sip_alg.
Draytek firmware 3.3.7.2

Is this behaviour normal? Is there anything else I should check?
