Hi Guys,

Looking for a little help here, got a customers 2850N here and it was running on BT's Infinaty service, all of a sudden it stopped working and now when you turn the router on all the lights on the front panel except the ADSL one light, and stay lit. Is there anything that can be done or has the router had a perminent failure??

I can only think it may be worth a shot to reset button it, and try reflashing with latest firmware. Check http://www.draytek.co.uk/support/kb_vigor_reflash.html for reference. Hopefully you can use TFTP to fire over the .rst file
Give a few power cyccles, resets and patience - you should get there. Regards, Neal
