Hi all

After spending ages trying to get port forwarding to work with the junk BT supplied, Hub 3.0 types A and B, I gave up.

After much research the Vigor2750vn was ordered and arrived today.

But guess what???
It won't connect to the broadband.
I have updated the firmware as suggested but still nothing.
I have set the vlan to 101 as suggested as well.

Not a sausage. £207 and I am not best pleased. :lol:

I am trying with the standard BT user name with the password blank.

I am deperate for any suggestions before I call Draytek in the morning.

Just found lots of threads on here that this modem doesn't work correctly with BT Infinity.

So why is it advertised that it does.

I see a fun phone call coming in the morning plus more fun getting a refund from the ebay seller.

Nice one Draytek, I should have gone with the R6300 from Netgear by the looks of it......................

Finally cracked it.

User name set to bthomehub@btbroadband.com
Password set to 1234

Detection changed from ARP to disabled.

Now working correctly.
